Xolani is a qualified legal practitioner who boasts an exceptional expertise in the field of mining regulation and legislation. He has experience in both public and private sector having spent most part of his professional career in the regulation of the South African mining industry. Before joining Realstone Quarries, Xolani occupied corporate advisory positions in a number of mining companies within South Africa. As one of the executives of the company, Xolani brings much required value to its success.
