In keeping with the company’s broader philosophy, our approach is to include host communities in the shareholding of our all our operations. This inclusive approach has resulted in a share participation with the Molefe Tribal Authority and has helped cementing a harmonious relationship.

Ownership

On ownership, RSQ has allocated shareholding of 10% in the Nquthu Quarry which will be held by the Molefe Community Development Trust. The aim is to utilise the dividends accruing to the Trust for community development based projects to be identified by the Trustees with the assistance from the company. Also, the company will allocate another substantial shareholding in the upcoming brickmaking project in Nquthu.
